“The escapee has been apprehended in the Sixth District.”

“At approximately 11:20 am today, a juvenile male escaped from the Psychiatric Institute of Washington located in the 4200 block Wisconsin Avenue, NW.
He is described as a 17-year-old black male, 5’10”-6’0″ tall, weighing between 280-300 pounds. He was wearing blue hospital scrubs and possibly blue jeans, and hospital slippers. The subject had been charged in a stabbing incident and should be considered dangerous.
Anyone who sees him should take no action, but call police at 202-727-9099. Additionally, information may be submitted to the TEXT TIP LINE by text messaging 50411.”
