Fabulous worlds collide when All Points West, an eclectic chamber music ensemble “hell-bent on transforming the classical concert back into a fun, social experience” unites with neighborhood favorite, Atlas Brew Works. Quench your thirst for two arts at once! Meet All Points West artistic director, Jessica Zweig, and Atlas Brew Works head brewer, Will Durgin, who will pair classical and contemporary music and locally crafted beers in a fun, unique exploration of the senses.   • I hope this goes in the direction of silly fun with good music. I can see this getting really pretentious if it’s done wrong.

  • Definitely silly fun with good music. We don’t take ourselves that seriously, and we’re aware of the whimsical nature of pairing beer with music. The idea behind this event is to bring classical music to a more casual forum while bringing beer to a more sophisticated forum, hopefully to everyone’s benefit.

  • What pieces (contemporary? original? Bach?)? What is entailed in the tasting (are these sample sizes? actual pours?)

    More information would be helpful. Atlas’ website doesn’t help. Otherwise seems a little pricey for 50 minutes of something..
