“The complainant reports that his Ipad was stolen from his place of business. Several days later he was contacted by the defendant who stated that he would return his property in exchange for cash. The complainant agreed and when he met the defendant and another suspect at the location, the complainant refused to pay the money at which time the defendant produced a machete and threatened to assault the complainant. This case was closed with 2 arrests.”
