Back in June 2014 we were shocked to learn Tonic would be closing after a 10 year run in Mount Pleasant. The next day we learned that Goodall’s Bistro would be taking over the space. Plans were for “a seasonally rotating menu of the freshest foods from locally sourced organic farms, and free range ranches in the Mid-Atlantic region”. I’ve been getting tons of emails asking for an update. Not sure if they are raising funds, getting permits in order or what but there has been zero visible progress except that Amuse-o-matic wants their stuff back…
