  • At first I was like oh cool, a record fair! Then I saw that they want to charge me $5 to go in and buy stuff… No thanks.

    • If $5 is too much it’s $2 after 12 pm and the money goes towards the rental fee of the space. If the dealers had to cover that expense entirely (they do pay a fee to sell) it would be prohibitively expensive.

Or, alternatively, the dealers could hold the record fair in a high school gym or at a community center out in the burbs, but that would be way less fun and attendance would be much lower.

It’s a great fair with great dealers, great records, and a great crowd. Hope you can make it!
