  • It’s ridiculous to have to rely on the public’s help with this. Based on the Notice of Suspension, it seems like some of the victims and/or the “security” people know who did this. Good luck finding anyone who can recognize someone from those blurry photos; and even better luck using the photos in court.

  • Agree on the crap quality of these pics. I find it hard to believe there isn’t better technology avaialble for security camaras. These kidn of pics are so horrible they are basically useless. If businesses are going to bother with camaras why not at least invest in good ones?

    • The cameras are there more to deter than to really identify. To get portrait quality with moving images probably would be more than a place would want to spend.

    • The quality of CCTV cameras has vastly improved, but they are indeed rather expensive. It looks like this place is still using videotape tho.

That’s hard to say about the quality of the pictures. If they’re cropped and enlarged because the person was 100′ from the camera, they may actually be decent cameras. Location of the cameras is really key.

  • McFaddens has been known for sometime as a scofflaw liquor establishment. Hopefully, the ABC board will do the right thing and shut them down.
