  • Not to mention that the food is actually good. I wouldn’t say that the kids at the elementary school where I work always eat the tabouli or couscous (but some do!) but it’s good that they are exposed to foods that will widen their palate. They do eat whole wheat chicken wraps without a second thought these days. That wasn’t always the case.
