“On Sunday, December 14, 2014, around 4:30pm, the victim was in the alley and was shot by an unknown suspect. The victim was conscious and breathing on the scene and transported to a local hospital for treatment. At this point we are looking for two black male suspects wearing all black clothing between 5’8”-5’9” in height. One of the suspects had a dread hair style. The suspects may have left the scene on bicycles. This does not appear to be related to the shooting from the 4600 block of 9th Street, NW, that occurred last night. Detectives are investigating and ask that anyone that has information related to this offense call the MPD Command Information Center at (202)727-9099 or text at 50411.”
