“5lb+ Pho Challenge Bowl WINNER!
We just had someone complete our Pho Challenge. He did it in 30min 41sec.
2lbs of meat, 2lbs of noodles, 1lb of sprouts and onions, and 3 quarts of broth all demolished.
AND he is a visiting tourist (Canada) who just happened to be coming in for lunch, saw the bowl and decided it would be a fun part of his vacation.
He wins his name on our plaque, his pictures on our website, as well as $100 in TryCaviar credits (only to the first person to beat the bowl).”
