  • that is more thank 10 minutes to the columbia heights station…

    • 14 min on google maps by foot…which I’ve found to be set at a slow-ish pace. I’d say it’s a min or two off from 10, but I’ve seen worse claims in listings

    • not to nit pick but I’m on Hobart and it’s really 10 minutes for me. Actually less than that — 8 minutes but whatever I have places to be.

  • Saw the place a few weeks ago. The owner (very nice European guy) did some nice touches in there. I think the home would go really quick at $3,300 or so. The rooms are all interesting in size, the master takes up essentially entire top floor – could have fit another bedroom up there ?
