  • Those built-in bookshelves are swoonworthy.

  • A little high–nice built-ins, parking, (Reserved but not deeded?) ,good square footage (although pics make me wonder about room sizes vis-a-vis that big closet. the den could be MBR? Is it the biggest room in the unit? ) Tiny kitchen, even for DC. I wonder if it has an odd layout and a tiny bedroom.

  • I had a hard time getting a sense from the photos of what this place actually looks like and what the layout is. I’m surprised they didn’t go for a more “staged” look — more neutral paint colors, less distinctive-looking/distracting furniture.

  • Minerals: Potassium, Phosphorus, Calcium, Magnesium,
Iron, Selenium, Manganese. It’s true that when I first
got my copy of the Cheesecake Factory cheesecake recipes, I
may have gone a little overboard. From new potatoes and
fresh sweet corn at the end of summer to apples, nuts,
hard winter squash, and bright orange pumpkins, there are all kinds of options.
