  • Sure, it’s cute and all, and I’m sure Hill residents like it, but if DC is doing/paying for this, then it’s a sign that the city has too much money and isn’t appropriating it wisely.

  • OK, seeing this in the context of being part of a larger arts project makes much more sense. So it isn’t really about Halloween. I was of the mind that this effort being spent just for national candy night seemed a bit misplaced.
