“Detectives from the Metropolitan Police Department’s Sexual Assault Unit announced an arrest has been made in the First Degree Sexual Abuse, Robbery Force and Violence and Aggravated Assault, which occurred on Tuesday, July 15, 2014 in the area of 13th and M Streets, NW.
On Tuesday, September 16, 2014, 41-year-old Garcia Pressley, of Northwest, Washington DC, was arrested pursuant to a DC Superior Court arrest warrant charging him with First Degree Sexual Abuse, Robbery Force and Violence, and Aggravated Assault. Additionally, he will be charged in two robberies that occurred in March and August of this year, in the area of 13th and M Streets, NW.”
