  • I assume that 3813 NH #s 1 and 2 are that big-time flip a block or so from the metro where the did the pop up. I don’t know what the developers bought the property for and certainly don’t know how much $ they put into it, but the two units sold for $1,338,000 combined. Not too shabby.

    • I think the sale price for the shell was around $472K. I’m just astounded that 1361 Perry Pl. went for slightly (net) under list. I didn’t think they’d get more than 900K for it.

    • It’s possible to separate them in the Excel version with decent accuracy by filtering all of the properties that don’t have “#” in the address.
