  • beautiful street. tucked away from the madness, but still a block from everything you could need (e.g., several grocery stores, dry cleaners, banks, bagel/coffee shops, lagree fitness, bus stop, etc.)

  • Seems like a decent price for the area. I was looking recently at 1BDs in Woodley/Lanier Heights/Adams Morgan and had trouble finding anything under $2000, especially in buildings.

  • I live in a building managed by WC Smith in Lanier Heights. My particular building is absolutely no frills, but they manage several buildings across Woodley/Lanier Heights/Adams Morgan where 1 bedrooms come in under $2000, some with more amenities than others.

  • really should fix the pictures on the listing so they’re not upside down or sideways…

  • Clearly I don’t charge enough for my basement apartment
