surprised this was built in 2002 – the glass block wall and the kitchen says early 90’s

  • Priced about right. Tiny place, but a good location.

    • Two bedrooms with only 856 square feet seems tiny to me. And no real outdoor view. It’s basically the equivalent of living in an English basement.

I have a larger one bedroom in Dupont – actual “steps” from the Metro, with an outdoor area nicer than that one, on the second floor, for well under that.

  • Steps to 2 metros? Over a mile walk is hardly “steps”.

    • In real-estate speak, ANY distance can be described as “steps.” It must be one of the most abused terms out there.

    • I mean, I agree that it’s not quite “steps,” but it is less than a mile from Woodley, Dupont, U st, and Columbia Heights.

  • with parking included, i’d say this is a pretty good deal for that area. nothing special about the unit but better than most of what is available in Adams Morgan.

Oh, how I wish I’d kept my 2 BR, 1 BA (that was bigger that this) right up the street as a rental. Even shaving $500/month off the rental price would have been a windfall. Aargh.

  • Ugggggggly!

  • Some of you are showing how new you are to DC. A decade ago, this development was downright cutting edge for Adams Morgan, and very hip. But while I love spending time in Adams Morgan, I didn’t want to live right off 18th ten years ago, and I still don’t. This place is for someone who is only in the neighborhood from Monday through Thursday.
