  • Nice view of Thomas Circle, but sorry–this is more like an over-sized studio with no actual walls for either of the “bedrooms.”

  • I have been in the building before. the units are really beautiful and unique. but, I don’t believe the bedrooms have actual doors/walls, just dividers. for $3k i would want a door.

  • Two garage spots in that neighborhood for $3k??? Walls aside, it’s practically worth renting as private parking with an 856 sq ft storage unit 😉

  • I’m torn. I really like the building, the location, the roofdeck and the floor to ceiling windows. But the lack of bedroom doors would make it hard to live with (or even host) someone else and have any kind of privacy. And unless I’m reading that fuzzy floorplan wrong, it looks like the bathrooms only have showers, which would also be a problem for me.

  • I believe this unit was on the market for several months without selling. Perhaps it is smarter to rent it out.

  • Exposed ductwork does not a loft make. Walls and a kitchen island would make it a lot more attractive. Might be a cool artist’s workspace/apartment though.

  • On the one hand, that’s a good price for a two bedroom in Logan Circle. On the other hand, that’s not a two bedroom. I don’t know what it is, except hideous and completely unsuited to human habitation. No counter space in the kitchen, zero audio privacy, stone/metal everywhere that’s going to be brutally cold on feet in the winter…As one of the commenters above said, it only makes sense if you think about it as garage parking (!!) with storage attached.
