  • What a beauty. I see lots of potential. The big, brick row houses like these were built for the rich, but over time ended up being owned by those who unfortunately did not have the means to properly maintain such large, elaborate homes. But they almost all have good bones.

  • We have been working steadily at refurbishing this house. She is a beloved part of our family and we hope to one day restore her to her former glory. I’m grateful we saved her from being dived into condos like so many in the neighborhoods. We were fortunate that so little had been done to alter the interior, so she still has many of those wonderful Victorian features. I do find it funny I know which day you took these pictures as it was the Sunday the city delivered the new trash cans.
