Property Management Experiences?

“Our 30-ish unit co-op building is considering changing property management companies. So, fellow co-op/condo board-members and residents, what company do you use? How has the experience been? Would you recommend them?”

Discount Nationals Tickets:

“Go to Nats games AND feel good about yourself: Use coupon code NCMEC when buying tickets!

The National Center for Missing & Exploited Children is partnering up with the Washington Nationals to offer fans a discount on regular season tickets! All you need to do is enter coupon code “NCMEC” for the discount. In return a portion of every ticket sold benefits the non-profit.

The National Center for Missing & Exploited Children is located in Alexandria, Va. Our mission is to find missing kids, end the sexual exploitation of children and educate. Help us continue to protect children AND get discount Nats tickets. Thanks!”

lost- Tuesday morning 3/11 14th street NW-Hains Point:

“I lost my bike saddle bag Tuesday 3/11 in the morning with my rear light, spare tubes, cartridges and levers in it, either biking on 14th street or on Hains Point. Its a really small black bag, and it might be Specialized (I don’t exactly remember).

If you picked up today, please let me know! thank you”

  • We use Premium Property Management and are very happy with them. Their pricing was the best we received from the many companies that bid for our contract. Contact Jason Sadlack at 703-400-2022.

  • As a fellow cyclist, I really hope you get your kit back. But I wouldn’t be too hopeful. 🙁

  • Avoid Citylights. We ended up terminating their services due to incompetence.

  • where is this painted? i need to see it in person.
