  • I’d love to find out what the dates mean, because that house is neither from 1868 nor 1957.

  • The numbers on the house have been researched but remain a mystery. The house was previously owned by the Delta Sigma Theta Sorority and then bought by the Grand Tabernacle Order of Galilean Fisherman, an African American fraternal organization. The cornerstone was thought to memorialize the life of one of their members but no one really knows.
