  • For a few $ more per month, I’d rather live in one of those studios on 14th St that everyone was ragging on yesterday. This is gross.

  • Are you serious? A Murphy bed for almost $1800 a month?

  • I am very confused by that kitchen. Why upgrade the counters to that extent if the 1980s builders-grade cabinets are going to stay?

That said, for someone who really values the outdoor space, it might not be a completely terrible deal.

  • is this a joke? you can get a studio in a lot of the newer buildings in pretty much the neighborhood of your choice for this price.

  • I see three large entrances for the neighbors to use when stealing things from your apartment. Made with glass and without bars for their convenience.

  • Somewhat overpriced. This should go for $1500 max, and probably less than that.

  • Are those glow in the dark tiles in the bathroom? I find that seriously creepy. Though 8 year old me would have thought it was the Coolest. Thing. Ever.

  • Yes they are glow-in-the-dark tiles, and the 8-yr. old in me is loving them. What creeps me is the altar-on-wheels complete with crooked candelabra. This would be a fun place to live in a wacky way if it includes parking.

  • BAHAHA you GOT to be kidding me!

  • Cantina is great, unless you live in the neighborhood, then it’s EXPENSIVE EXPENSIVE EXPENSIVE!

  • $1700? Wow, the co-op owners in SW must be losing their minds.

  • A little over a year ago I was living on the 6th floor of that building in a 1-bedroom (600ish sq ft) with a balcony and a view…for $1600, waaay overpriced.

  • You could find better studios in expensive neighborhoods like Logan for the same price or a little less.
