The folks at Acre 121 (1400 Irving Street, NW)have been kind enough to host a PoPville party on Friday, January 31, from 5-8pm. The event will feature a new drink they will be offering called the PoPville Bang (a take on the Baltimore Bang – Bourbon, Pear Brandy, Lemon, Sugar – it is delicious) for $5, plus their regular happy hour specials, including all drafts for $5, select wines for $5, and select 1/2 price appetizers including: Deviled Eggs, Grilled Shrimp, Hot Legs, Hush Puppies, BBQ Pork Mac & Cheese, Okra & Manchego Flatbread. After the happy hour at 10pm The Bullbuckers will take the stage. I’ll also bring some t-shirts for those who’ve been asking. Hope to see lots of old and new folks.

It’s no secret a dirty home is distracting and even adds stress to your life. And who has the energy to clean after work? That’s why it’s smart to enlist the help of professionals, like Well-Paid Maids.
