  • That’s pretty sweet, honestly.

  • Good Deal! This is an easy walk from the metro and on a great block too.

  • The price is good but for two things: 1) The floors noticeably slope towards the back of the house, so much so I got dizzy 2) The bathrooms are both really odd on the second floor. One has a shower that only a small child could fit in and the other has a bathtub that could only work to bath a small dog.

    • And no central air.

    • Am I missing something? I don’t see a stylish kitchen (the one in the pictures is godawful) nor do I see pics of bathrooms.

      • I think the kitchen in the photos is from the basement au pair suite. It doesn’t look “godawful” to me — just very basic/stripped-down (and lacking in cabinet space, unless there are cabinets not shown in the photo).

  • The foundation was stabilized in 2006… there is notarized documentation available

  • Looks like the seller has also changed their listing agency. I remember going to the first open house back in August or so, when this place was listed with the Menkiti Group. The listing agent did not have the keys and there was literally a line of people waiting to take a look at the place. Did eventually look at this place at one of the weekly open houses and was alarmed by the extent of sloping floors upstairs.

  • Terrible staging job, but cute house.

    • The staging looks all right to me (though I think almost every item is recognizably IKEA), but what’s with photo #3 — what’s that thing sitting on top of the IKEA KLIPPAN loveseat?
