  • Overpriced, at least a little. I almost bought a one-bedroom on the seventh floor offered at $230k from the builder. Granted that was a year and a half ago, and I know the area’s getting better, but it didn’t get THAT much better to justify that kind of return, especially considering this is a studio.

Though I’m kicking myself for not pulling the trigger if it goes for that much.

Agreed. Looked at this place about 3 years back when I was condo shopping and the studios then were in the mid to high 100s; no way it’s worth that much more now.

  • This is an excellent deal. Regarding the first two comments: In three more years check back in and you will be kicking yourselves again for not buying in SW. Check recent sales!

  • Seems about right, maybe a few thousand over. It’s funny that the first couple of comments are basing their opinions on 2 to 3 year old ‘data,’ have they been asleep during the massive rebound in the DC real estate market?

  • Given the mention of the custom Murphy bed, I would’ve liked to have seen what it looks like when it’s on the floor!

  • Top floor is a big plus for living (probably a premium on price too). Interesting they’d put a studio on the top floor, you don’t see it that often.

  • Did you notice that it comes with PARKING. Add, that to the appreciation that has happened in the neighborhood, and it looks like a pretty good deal to me.
Besides, I have always wanted a Murphy bed.
