  • Those paint colors are truly atrocious.

I have no idea if that’s a good deal or not because I don’t pay attention to those things, but I would love to live there. After the walls were painted.

  • Looks pretty small for a 2BR. This thing can’t be more than 1000 sq ft. $539/foot is OK, not a superb deal.
But I’d live here after slapping some new coats of paints on the walls. Great light, low fee, and wonderful roof deck. :)

  • Bad deal.. well for me. I could not imagine paying that much for just a condo.

  • Looks like a nice place once the painting was redone. The price seems good but what does the $345 monthly fee pay for other than a great rooftop deck and a bike room?

    • condo fees pay for building maintenance — like when the roof needs to be replaced. This is actually quite low for a two bed two bath.

  • not a bad deal but not a great one either. could be a good place for a young couple. they are in a super convenient area, close to the H 42 and S buses.

  • Fee is low for a 2/2. I wonder if there’s a history of big assessments. the rooms are a bit small, with hideous colors, but overall, probably not a bad deal.

  • This looks like it’s priced right. There is a nice amount of living space (and a little dining area), a fireplace, and two good-sized bedrooms. Also a very nice roof deck. Hard to get a sense of the bathrooms though.

  • I’ve been on that roof, it’s even better than the pictures, truly an awesome amenity! (The elevator was a little scary though)
