This 1928 building was converted to condos in 2005 by Tenacity Development. Many of the comments on the original Good Deal or Not (GDoN) post focused on the small size of the unit. Size has apparently not deterred buyers as this is the third settled sale this year in the building, with three additional units currently under contract.

Since all of the units were updated at the time of the conversion, finishes throughout the building are very similar. The majority of the 40 units are one bedrooms ranging from 560 to 686 square feet. There are also six two bedroom units over 900 square feet each.
