Before getting into today’s Good Deal or Not-Revisited (GDoN-R), I wanted to revisit the neighborhood of last week’s GDoN-R, which you can see here. There was another settlement on Florida Avenue NE close by this past week. It was a larger property that settled at net $850,000. You can see the original Good Deal or Not (GDoN) post for this property here.

Now, back to your regularly scheduled GDoN-R, which is across the city on Georgia Ave NW near Howard University. There are twenty two units in this new construction (new vs. coverted/renovated existing building) building that went up in 2011. Building amenities include an elevator, bike storage, and a common roof deck. This is a top floor unit, which is considered a premium, especially with an elevator. Commenters to the original GDoN post debated the proximity to Metro. Google says it’s a twelve minute walk to either Petworth or Columbia Heights Metro.
