Expertly Crafted Wellness, located in Dupont Circle (GMAP) helps people manage aches and pains thru therapeutic massage, including Swedish, deep tissue and sports massages. Jim Starn, who is the lead therapist, has ten years of experience and specializes in chronic back and shoulder pain. Jim and the team at Expertly Crafted Wellness would like you to give them a try and are giving away massages to five lucky winners.

One grand prize winner will receive a couples massage party for up to six couples in their home. The clothing-on class lasts 2.5 hours and teaches couples about effective massage techniques, including the do’s and don’ts, and more importantly how to make rubbing your honey easy and fun. Couples will learn how to hit the right spots to soothe aches and pains. This class should make for a great date night — and includes snacks and wine too.

One second prize winner will get a couples massage for two for 60 minutes and one runner-up will get a 90 minute massage at the Expertly Crafted Wellness Center in Dupont Circle (see above photo).

Paddlestar Galactica helps keep writing education 100% free and accessible for all of our students! It’s also extremely fun.

This year’s games will be Saturday, April 27th, 1 PM to 4 PM at SPIN DC. It’ll be a chaotic afternoon of ping-pong, costumes, terrible Battlestar Galactica puns, and good cheer. We’d love to have you join us!
