  • That is why I don’t understand when people are against cameras on the street. If you are not a criminal, I am sure that you want to have a camera close to you when a criminal assault you. Most of the complaint about cameras comes from people who lives in high crimes areas.

  • there is no 18th & Ontario, they’re parallel. the resolution is terrible. A camera on the street would be even worse. people who want camera-arama are mostly living in a fools paradise.

  • Are there some housing projects hidden back in that part of Adams Morgan? Because I seem to hear about a lot of crime taking place around that area.

    • What part of Adams Morgan are you talking about? 18th & Ontario is Lanier Heights and there are no projects there and there is much less crime than blocks at a stone’s throw. This crime obviously didn’t happen at 18t & Ontario, however, as there is no business like the one shown in the video anywhere near that intersection.

There are no projects in Adams Morgan either unless you count Jubilee Housing, which I wouldn’t blame anyone for doing.
