  • This is a very good deal! Similar in price and size to ours (which we purchased in 2011, after 2 years of looking in the neighborhood) but the layout is a lot better (our kitchen’s on the lower level and kind of dark).

  • I really, really like this. With that location, I think it’s a great deal.

    • I wonder if you could put a kitchen in the LL and rent it out. If so, you could probably cover half the mortgage with that income. I’m betting this goes over list price, or else someone’s walking away very happy!

  • I jist hate that they got rid of that fireplace in the kitchen

the lower level layout is kinda funky to me (maybe it just seems skinny, idk) but overall i like it

the staircase looks real nice how they did it imo

  • nice house, but tiny back area with no parking.

  • Yea – to echo all other comments – this looks awesome!

  • Wow, seems like a great deal, great location, and the interior is beautiful. I bet this goes for over asking. The only thing that jumped out at me during the virtual tour is that the next-door-neighbor has a crack house front door.

  • Am I missing something? This seems like it is 200K+ undervalued. 3BR nice home walkable to Union Station? Have to be missing something right?

    • I don’t know about $200K undervalued. It’s really a two bedroom. The third bedroom is in the basement. I’d say that it’s priced low, and $800-850K would be more appropriate for the size and location.

  • I STILL can’t get over it… I’m amazed at how DC has changed… 6th street NE for close to a million…
