  • Good Deal is a stretch for that price

i do like that they did not just leave the first floor one big rectangle like they often do with these size homes
    but still a stretch

    back yard is minimal
was that a basement? or an inteerior door that had one long drop to a hole where people threw some stuff

  • “If you need me, I’ll be in the POWER room! YEEEAAHHHH!!!!!”

  • Terrible deal. Almost $600K for a two bedroom flip job? Don’t even get me started on the formstone. Blech.

  • My favorite photo is the one of the doorway to the basement, which is just like, hey, here’s a picture of the entrance to A SCARY PLACE.

  • I’ll take the condo and the fee and live in NW, thank you very much.

  • Why on earth would the flippers paint that wall that shade of orange? That choice alone makes me question their ability to make prudent decisions elsewhere. Not for $600k, no thanks.

  • It’s a salute to POWER! Could the electric meter have been located more obtrusively? And leaving the electric panelboard on display…is that why it’s called the power room?

    • I believe it’s really expensive to move an electric panel and meter to a different location… but the least they could’ve done would be to PAINT the panel the same color as the rest of the living room.

I’m not so sure this was an actual flip job… maybe renovations done under the current owner’s direction?

The fridge sticks out awkwardly and does not look like it belongs in the space allotted for it.

  • andy

Didn’t that area right between there and the train yard have a lot of prostitution once upon a time? Is that still a neighborhood problem or did that go away?

  • ugly inside and out = pass

  • I suspect that they priced this a bit high for negotiating so I am thinking it may sell for about $550,000 max – still seems a bit steep for that awkward location to me.

  • nothing says quality like a wood toilet seat combo.

  • That is a sweet dungeon
