  • Seems like a very good deal from what I’ve seen in the neighborhood. Maybe lower in price b/c it is right next to the highway? I’d have to see how noisy it would be at night, but it seems fairly priced.

  • So how exactly does one access this backyard that’s supposedly shared with the 1st-floor tenant?
I also don’t see how any “loft” bedroom that’s open to the stairs that go downstairs can really count as a bedroom.

    • Are we looking at the same listing? I don’t see a loft bedroom, and the photos clearly show a deck (accessed from the kitchen) with steps down to the yard. Looks like a great deal.

      • Besides, who needs the backyard when you have that awesome roofdeck?

      • I missed the final pic showing the stairs down to the yard from the deck.
However, the listing agent describes the master bedroom as a loft, and I don’t see any photos showing a doorway at the top of the stairs, so I’m going to assume it is in fact a loft.

  • I think it’s just an okay deal. Looks like about three rooms (plus baths) with the main common room having a kitchen spread along one wall and a staircase along the opposite. Looks small/awkward for living/dining. Have to enter through a bedroom to the roof deck and looks like one of those combo washer/dryer units sitting in the “master” bedroom. I’d pass.

    • Great place for a couple. Terrible for a roommate situation, IMHO. That roof deck, plus the back deck off the kitchen, are super sweet.

  • Have been in this unit – there are two “bedrooms” although the master is indeed a loft on the top floor with no door (steps lead straight into a room) and has an exit onto a street-side deck. One of the bathrooms is tiny – I’ve never seen a full bathroom this small. Not really great for roommates at all as the layout suits an individual or couple.
