  • Sweet picture.

Comes with free shooting of the week.

  • The luxury condos I’ve seen in that area/price range tend to sit on the market for a long period of time. $799K isn’t a “bad” price for that location and quality, but people looking to fork over $800K for a condo are buying in Logan and U St. The potential pool of buyers for that kind of property is much smaller in AdMo.

    Cool place though.

  • Is this what these units go for?? I think people way too often say everything is overpriced, but this condo has a very strange (and small-feeling) layout. Plus, with a $604/mo fee, you could have so much more elsewhere.

  • The pics don’t line up with the square footage unless the bathrooms and closets are enormous.

  • Honestly, what is that $604/month covering? There’s no pool, advertised gym, front desk service… Parking would be included in the purchase price, so what’s the deal?

    • Someone needs to pick up the half eaten jumbo slices and spray the vomit off the sidewalk.

      • The jumbo slices usually peter out after Ontario coming from 18th Street (speaking as a former early-rising Adams Morgan resident who would see daylight before the clean-up crews)…

Seriously though, there is no greenery to maintain on the street, and a building that new would have individually metered utilities. Why the sky-high HOAs?

  • $799,000? Somebody be trippin’.

  • If you have that kind of money why would you buy a condo in Adams Morgan? You could do so much better on 14th street. I still don’t really know why any legit grown up moves to Adams Morgan these days if they can afford not to.

    • I’d choose Adams Morgan any day over 14th St. More of a residential feel to it and quieter most of the time.

  • Has any ever been to Adams Morgan during the day or on weeknights? I own a condo on Adams Mill Road on the northside and its a fantastic place to live so long as you avoid 18th street on Friday and Saturday nights. Close to Rock Creek Park and the Zoo, lots of good diversity, families and food. Plus on Friday and Sat night its a walk or short bus ride to 14th street, and always safe if you aren’t stupid.
