  • $275K for 500 sq ft is steep. Then again, it’s probably the best use of 500 sq ft that I’ve seen on PoP’ville. Very nice updates, good layout, cool original details (those doors!), low fee for an older building, really great location close to the commercial strips & bus lines, and the washer/dryer is clutch.

At $240K, I would say “deal”. At $275K, I’m conflicted.

    • I’m gonna say deal. $550/sf for what looks to be a well updated unit. Agree on great use of the limited space. Storage could be an issue for more than one person.

      • Fair enough. I don’t know what the price/sq ft comps are for similar apartments in Mt. Pleasant right now. $550 seems more appropriate for the updated condos in the older buildings near 16th and U Street, but those also have higher monthly fees.

  • Nice space, great location.

Some of the photos are odd – TWO pictures of fixtures, one with the water running?

  • I’ve been in a 2BR in this building and it’s quite nice.

  • Yowser, the listing no longer comes up. That was fast!
