  • Tiny rooms. The condo fee is probably barely enough to cover current expenses, will get jacked up in the future.

  • We toured this a few months ago when it was previously on the market. Honestly, this is an OK price for a 2-bed in the area, and the rehab was done well, but the quality of the original construction is atrocious. Even on a Sunday afternoon we could hear every step the neighbors took and every word they spoke. It makes me wonder if there are even firewalls between the units. The rooms are small but it might have been a good deal if not for the feeling of being in a dorm.

    Agree with Rich on the condo fee issue. I could see $200-250/mo. being enough to keep the capital maintenance fund going, but this is obviously an artificially low fee designed to pull people in after a recent reno or a management company/condo board with no idea what it’s doing.
