  • In this market? That’s a good deal. HUGE lot, tons of parking, nice work on the bathrooms and the kitchen island is cool. The vinyl siding is meh, but c’est la via.

I’d pay this price, if they threw in a rolldown gate for the back yard parking pad and put up a side gate so people couldn’t pass through my property. Sort of disconcerting from a security standpoint, IMO.

Looks nice, but Florida ave is way too noisy for my taste.

  • The flippers got a little lazy with the additional amenities like a new(nice) front gate (used to be chain link) and a car port. Surely, they could have had that work done and raised the price accordingly. Wit that said, good sized house.

I saw this place the other day, wasn’t all that impressed. I’m sure it will sell though because virtually everything in this neighborhood does now.

  • I would definitely buy if I had the downpayment, though I agree with the previous comments about adding a roll-up gate to the back and extending the fence/gate along at least the side.

  • Is this really what houses are going for in areas where you barely feel safe walking around during the middle of the day? When I first started driving through this area a few years ago, this area was scary to me even though I was in a car. It’s gotten better, but still doesn’t seem like the safest area.
