  • Looks like a dumpy group house with a few Ikea and West Elm touches to modern-it-up a bit. I guess location is everything?

  • I REALLY wish we could do Afternoon Rental Options Revisited to see what these places actually go for.

    • As a owner of a building just north of here I can tell you receiving ~$5k for the main portions of row houses has been common for a few years. The stretch here is that it is only a 3 bedroom; so they are definitely reaching a bit with the price.

    While it’s technically correct that a place on the corner of 13th and Q is “near” the corner of 14th and Q, I find that to be a hilarious real estate location ploy. If someone renting for that much in this neighborhood hasn’t realized that they’re near all the things on 14th St then they likely have no interest in that neighborhood to begin with.
