what the hell is a floating Euro kitchen…?

  • This seems very high for that location, especially considering that it is a walk-up that seem to have zero windows.

  • I’m thinking that it isn’t a good idea (or truth in advertising) to push the “vintage Victorian” when all the Victorian details -except the exterior – have been removed.

    • That was exactly my thought. When I read the description before looking at the pictures I expected to see original Victorian details. But no…it has been stripped completely of its original charm and made to look like another soulless flip job. Such a shame.

  • That is gorgeous and will sell in a heartbeat

  • I’m sure it’ll sell for that amount, but it’s not my style at all.

  • It’s dark and looks like a cave. Also going to look dated real quickly. No way I’d consider getting this place.

  • I have no idea about the price, but I like to modern style of the kitchen and living room a lot!

  • This looks like an updated version of a circa 1980’s Miami cocaine parlor.

This will look really sad and dated in 10 years.
