  • I’m kind of diggin’ that kitchen set up…

  • I think I’d go crazy trying to work in that kitchen. But, I think the deal is decent.

  • I think the house looks amazing.

  • I agree. Love the layout of the house, great front porch area, like the coffee table spot in the back. Great deal……

  • Wow, absolutely love it. I don’t think the kitchen is an issue at all as there is plenty of counter space on either side of the stove/oven for prep work. That sun porch is outstanding as is the master bedroom closet.

This is gonna go at significantly above asking price. Great house, great location. 750.

  • I’m most impressed that the virtual tour includes the just-proposed development at the Stadium-Armory stop. Definitely a good deal if that ever happens but it’s a big if. Nice place overall.

  • how can you call this a 3 bedroom house? it only has 2 bedrooms – the rec room/den in the basement cannot count…

    • There are 3 booms on the top floor. You can use them as bedrooms or offices, or nurseries, etc. Understand???

I think the front garden is nice and the back area could be turned into a nice garden but I do not think that qualifies as “amazing.”

Looks like it has high velocity a/c instead of “normal” central air. Does anyone have an opinion on how high velocity air compares? Better, worse, basically no noticeable difference?

    • No particular benefit to High Velocity Air. It works & you can put valves to close off particular branches. Functionally, the blower puts air in the “tree” and the hoses T off from there to the individual outlets. It does cut down on the amount of space that is required for the ducting.

You do have to keep an eye on the trunk to make sure you don’t have leaks though. (Personally, I’m digging Through the wall systems at this point. Especially with “ambient” heating heat pumps on the compressors.)

    The house overall looks nice.

I think describing some bushes and trees as a garden is a bit misleading though, and it’s far from “amazing” status.
