The “listing” url links only to google maps.
But unless there’s something fishy, I don’t have to see the listing to say this is a very good deal indeed.
I’m guessing ‘adoreable’ means small. Still, not necessarily a bad deal.
Found the link in POP’s real estate section. It says it’s just under 500 square feet, though it has a separate bedroom and the kitchen/living room were small but not microscopic. Looked nice and roomier than many 500 sq-ft efficiencies I’ve looked at. I think for the location and features (laundry, for example) it’s a good deal.

$1,620 for a one bedroom on Columbia Road seems a little steep. Isn’t this crime central during summertime?
1600$ is normal for this area (now adays).
No, this is not crime central. I believe crime central is located in the US Capitol building.
I walk down this block nearly every day, never had any problems nor seen any.
$1650 is a pretty good price for a newish condo in this location.
The crime area is Columbia on the other side of 14th and if you lived here, you would literally never have to walk that stretch.
Wonder if bed bugs and cockroaches are included in this fine price.
