From WMATA:

The ongoing effort to rebuild and upgrade the Metrorail system to provide safer and more reliable service will continue over the weekend of March 8-10, 2013, on all lines. The work will begin at 10 p.m. Friday and continue through system closing on Sunday.

• In addition, trains will single track between East Falls Church and West Falls Church to allow for signal system integration with the new Silver Line extension.
• Orange Line trains will operate in two segments throughout the weekend: between Vienna and Stadium-Armory every 20 minutes, and between New Carrollton and Cheverly every 20 minutes.
• Shuttle bus service will operate on two routes: Local buses will operate between Stadium-Armory and Cheverly serving all intermediate stations; add up to 30 minutes of travel time. Express buses will operate between Stadium-Armory and Cheverly stations only; add up to 20 minutes of travel time.
