  • Okay, so I guess I’ll cross this one off my list now. Thanks guys for making decisions that much easier.

  • Prince Of Petworth

    What are you talking about?

    • Sorry – in the market and venting about the current lack of supply. Regardless of whether or not this is a GDON, I’m willing to bet that it will sell for asking price given the current market conditions.

  • Beautiful unit, but a warning about the building: This building has a serious issue with trash removal. The dumpsters in the back are not nearly big enough for the number of units, and there is constantly a pile of overflow hanging around the back and attracting a bunch of rats. Also, there’s a pizza place on the basement level with windows I’ve seen rodents enter–I would imagine once in they travel to other parts of the building as well.

Also, I’m always wary of listings that show images of local landmarks that are totally warped/oversized (ie the S street dog park here that looks ginormous)–makes me wonder how stretched the photos of the rooms are.

(I live about 2 buildings away from this place, share an alley, and walk by it daily.)

  • If I’m correct in not seeing a bathtub then count me out…

I’d say the price is right for the right buyer though.

  • For once, I think this is a decent deal. The place is cool looking and it’s so close to so many things.

  • This seems high to me. It’s small and has awkward touches… Like the counter facing the brick wall and having to walk through the bedroom to get to the one bathroom.
