I don’t even think this is a cool location. I consider west of 9th street here to be Metro Center, which is a fine place to work but lame place to live.
heaven forbid anyone live in an uncool location.
I’m guessing that’s not out of line with the area, but seeing that number makes my eyes pop. Looks like a good size apartment with nice city views though.
Awful photos. If you’re going to charge that much (and not even throw in a reach-around), at least invest in a wide angle lens.

This is a pretty big place, but I still think it’s overpriced. This place looks like it has pretty low end finishes, and the living room has a miserable view. Yes, some places command this price, but those places look and feel much cooler than this place.
