Meh, 1350 is really pushing it. That bathroom is awful. Kitchen too
I think this building also has window units. But it seems kind of charming in an outdated way. Sometimes the mottled brown travertine of more updated buildings get boring.
The price actually seems good for the location, IMO. It’s priced lower than some danker basements in the area.
