I love all the original details. Looks like a very pretty house. Though, the kitchen and bathrooms definitely leave something to be desired. I do love that huge yard with garage! Seems like a decent deal to me being that it’s close to the metro.
Are we only doing popville listings now for rentals? I haven’t noticed a craigslist post in a while. To be fair I don’t catch the ‘rental of the day’ every day, but there has to be values on CL that are being overshadowed by the in-house listings.
Although maybe it’s better for other renters if the good postings don’t get the popville bump.
