  • I bet they’ve already gotten seven thousand replies. That’s the best deal I’ve seen in years.

  • There’s no trolley. Just a street with rails and no clear termination point. :-). Awesome price to be so close to all the bars and retaurants.

  • That is one incredibly depressing apartment.

  • it’s ugly, but for $1150?? great deal.

  • somethings awry, too good to be true

    • It looks really small, has few windows. I think it is a decent deal, but it isn’t amazing.

    • A price this low usually means small + little natural light + low ceilings (at least in part of the apartment) Regardless, a really good price for the location and I am sure it’ll be rented quickly.

  • looks like an end unit beside the car part supply place. perhaps the alley is less than stellar? It does look like quite a great deal for the location, I wonder what the caveats are…

  • Oh dear – guess I need to raise my tenant’s rent! (Just kidding H – if you read this!)

  • Hm, if the tenant is paying their own gas + electric, sounds like it’s a legal unit. That is AWFULLY cheap for a legal unit, even if it isn’t completely remodeled.

Maybe they purposefully priced below market rate so they’d have a lot of perspective tenants to choose from (smart move if you can swing that).

  • I used to live around the corner. That is a GREAT location, and the price is unbelievable…*and* you can have a pet? I’ve lived in way worse paying about the same price, it actually looks pretty nice inside. Issues in this area will be finding parking (particularly on Thurs, Fri, Sat) but that’s about it.
