Don’t know anything about the neighborhood, but nice house. Bit far from metro, but looks like there are a number of bus lines in the area.

These renters will be my neighbors! Love this street and this house is REALLY close to Rhode Island Ave and great bus lines. Also really close to the Rita’s (as in, right behind it) and the section of Rhode Island Ave slated to be re-developed in the near future. Great deal.
