I realize this is a neighborhood that not many people are familiar with, but it’s actually called Pleasant Hills. Bounded by Hawaii Avenue to the north and east, Taylor Street to the south, and North Capitol on the west side.
Yea! Pleasant Hills. We just bought a home here on Hawaii Ave. This is a great neighborhood on the border with Catholic University. Easy access to Columbia Heights, Petworth and Takoma Park.
Waaaay overpriced.
The price seems to be around what that area is asking for. Viva Pleasant Hills/Brookland!
