Get rid of this stupid reservation system. Why should a customer have to wait in line...
everyone is part of a democracy. not just vets. honor all of your fellow citizens.
actually you're thinking of Veterans Day. Memorial Day is to remember those that died....
I like it. I also think that this space would be a very good space for a pub type bar. I wonder if they are going to gut it or keep the multi-level, smaller room look to the place.
199 occupancy AND a DJ? The ANC will be all over that like stink on a fainting goat.
is there a reason for the 199? does someone have to get a different type of permit for 200 occupants? Just seems like a strange number.
It’ll probably help them save on their DirecTV bill, packages are based on occupancy. Maybe 200 is a threshold for higher prices — and with other things as well?
Occupany is set by the firemarshal. It is done based on a mixture of factors such as square footage, number of exits etc.
Yep, correct. Occupancy allowance for all venues are seemingly “random” numbers, based on formula of public use area size, layout, function (bar seats v. table seating v. standing, etc.), egress, etc.
If they have a fainting goat on the premises, I’m there!

Oh yeah, Fainting Goatse is a great name for a bar!
Seems like only yesterday they were opening for Tubgirl and the Dismemberment Plan. Quelle sigh.
I wonder if I can book them to play at my lemon party?

I love it!!!!!
Awesome!!!!
All of a sudden I am having a flashback of one of my college Spring break trips to Tijuana.
That was a nervous sheep, not a fainting goat…
er, if by greatest name you mean worst name, then yeah.
I think the name is fun.
There’s a Fainting Goat Pub in Denver. If it’s the same owners, I’d be excited to get some good Colorado beer this side of the Rockies.
Denver is on this side of the Rockies.
There’s also good Colorado beer to be found on this side of the Rockies.
