Is This Your Bike?
Dear PoPville,
I found this bike in my back parking spot this morning off an alley in the u street area. I’m assuming it is stolen and someone dumped it because the back tire was flat. I would love to reunite it with its owner.

To the OP, please look for a serial number and report it MPD. Hopefully if it was stolen it was reported and that will reunite it. Also there is a database for bike serial numbers: http://www.nationalbikeregistry.com/ you might be able to use this to find the owner.
Perhaps you should call the police and it may have been reported.
